At Earth Within, we are committed to delivering high-quality products made with care and integrity. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.

Returns

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of food, beverage, or consumable products once they have been delivered.

However, if you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • An incorrect product
  • A missing item
  • A product with a manufacturing defect

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs of the issue.

Replacements

Eligible cases may qualify for a replacement if:

  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • An incorrect item was delivered.
  • The package was received in an unusable condition.

Our team will review the request and provide a suitable resolution.

Refunds

Refunds may be approved in the following situations:

  • The ordered product is unavailable and cannot be shipped.
  • A replacement cannot be provided for a verified damaged or incorrect item.
  • The order is cancelled before it has been shipped.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing the order.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Taste, texture, or personal preference-related concerns.
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability.
  • Requests made beyond 48 hours of delivery.
